Leroy "Roy" Buchanan

guitarist

blues rock musician.
A pioneer of the
Telecaster sound,
Buchanan worked as
a sideman
and as a
solo artist,
with two
gold albums
early in his career
and two
later solo albums
that made it
to the
Billboard chart.
